Product Information

Most products displayed on this site are available from our suppliers within a 10 day lead time.  If a product is no longer available or there is a delay in getting it to you then we will contact you to decide if you would like to proceed with the order.  If you would like to know product availability then please contact our store directly.

We have done our best to display as accurately as possible the colours of the products shown on this Website. However, because the colours you see will depend on the calibration of your monitor, we cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display of any colour will be accurate.  Images printed from this website may also not be colour-accurate.

Prices

Prices displayed on this site are quoted in South African Rands (ZAR), VAT included, ex Works (excluding delivery).  All prices are subject to change without prior notice and store confirmation.

Springlights shall take all reasonable efforts to accurately indicate prices displayed on products in store and on this website. However, should products be erroneously offered at incorrect prices Springlights will not be obliged to sell products at such incorrect prices, but shall refund monies paid by you, should you not wish to proceed with the purchase at the correct price.

Payment

In order for us to offer you the best possible prices, our terms of payment are COD.  Once goods have been invoiced, payment is required within 48 hours.

Please note that until such time as payment has been made in full, the product remains the property of Springlights.
